Recently Launch Finance was approached by a client who was looking to purchase their first home and our brokers were able to successfully clear the client’s default and access the best finance option available.
The client had recently applied for finance with her bank but had been declined due to a single default on her credit file. To resolve the issue, one of our highly professional brokers referred the client to a specialist legal firm in Sydney. The firm offered a service where they applied to the company who had lodged the default and sought to have it removed from the client’s file. The firm’s fee structure meant the client would only be charged should the service be successful, which it was.
By having the credit default removed on our client’s behalf, we were now able to apply for finance with a traditional lender. The submitted application was successful, allowing the client to purchase her first home in Piara Waters and enter into the property market for the first time.
