We recently assisted a self-employed client who was looking for some spare cash to help take the pressure off their current financial situation. Due to the downturn of the economy, the client was facing difficult times as their cash flow became tight. Their accountant referred them to Launch Finance to see if we could assist them in any way.
We discovered that the client had not reviewed their facilities, which were on an unsecured loan and secured by a commercial property. We discovered that by taking advantage of their residential property and using it as security on the loan, we were able to lessen the amount of interest for the client.
This resulted in a massive $16,000 per annum saved for the client in interest alone. The client couldn’t be happier to free up some spare cash and give them a bit more breathing room.
